The lift spring to our roll-a-door broke at approx 3:45 PM trapping our vehicle in the garage. I contacted GDR Services at 4:00 PM, Noah the repairman arrived at approx 5:45 PM and the replacement spring service was completed approx 6:30 PM, excellent service. Noah was polite and courteous throughout, very mindful of potential damage to our vehicle, considering the very cramped conditions he had to work in. Highly recommend GDR Services.

They quickly sent a professional expert, named Ethan, to inspect the garage door, then he installed a “Merlin Motor” on the door in 30 minutes with a fair price. My husband Jason messaged GDR on late Sunday afternoon when our garage door was struggling to go down. Not long later he had a phone call and was guided over the phone on how to fix it! We couldn’t believe our luck given it was Sunday afternoon and all. We then decided to get it serviced and was able to book in the next day, though we opted for Tuesday. Yesterday the service was promptly done and we’re very happy with the service we received by both staff members of GDR.
